Standard Returns
- Returns and exchanges follow the law of Ukraine. The piece must
- show no signs of wear
- be in resalable condition
- carry all original labels
- be returned in its original packaging where possible
- come with proof of purchase
Exchange
If you need to exchange a piece for another size or model, please contact us. We will always look for the best solution, depending on availability and on the order itself.
Made-to-Order
Made-to-order pieces are made for one particular client. The terms of their return or exchange follow the law of Ukraine and the nature of the order.
Adaptive Design
Pieces made for individual functional needs may carry particular terms of return or exchange. In every case we look for a solution that serves the client and follows the law.

Refund
Refunds are issued by the same method used for the order, once the returned piece has been received and checked, as the law requires.
